Overview
ELONSH AB is committed to protecting your privacy. Some free tools run entirely in your browser, while tools that need public network information use our server. This policy explains what is processed, why it is needed, and whether it is stored.
No Login Required
Our free tools do not require an account or login. Technical information such as IP address, request time, and browser or request details may still be processed in standard hosting, Cloudflare security, and analytics logs.
Password Generator
Passwords generated by the Password Generator are created entirely within your browser using the Web Crypto API. Generated passwords are never transmitted to or stored on any server operated by ELONSH AB or any third party.
QR Code Generator
QR codes are generated entirely within your browser. The content you enter (URLs, Wi-Fi credentials, contact information, or email details) is processed locally on your device and is never sent to any server. Downloaded QR code images are saved directly from your browser to your device.
Email Signature Generator
All information entered into the Email Signature Generator is processed locally in your browser. Uploaded logos are only used for local preview and are never uploaded to any server. No signature data is transmitted to or stored by ELONSH AB.
Domain & Security Check
When you use the Domain & Security Check, the domain name and optional DKIM selector are sent to the ELONSH AB server. The server queries public DNS services and connects to the domain's public HTTPS service on port 443. Results are cached in server memory for up to five minutes to reduce load and abuse, then expire automatically. No domain-check history is stored in our database. Standard hosting and Cloudflare security logs may contain IP address, request time, and requested domain.
Contact Form
When you submit a contact, support, quote, or product inquiry, the information is sent to our server, stored in our Supabase database, and forwarded to ELONSH AB by email so we can respond and follow up on the request.
Tool Data Storage
Passwords, QR-code content, and email-signature content are not stored in our database. Domain-check results are kept only temporarily in server memory as described above. Submitted contact and quote requests are stored so ELONSH AB can handle the inquiry.
Cookies and Analytics
Optional services are disabled until you make a choice. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics uses the first-party cookies _ga and _ga_<container-id> to distinguish visitors and sessions; Google documents a default lifetime of up to two years. Advertising storage and ad-personalisation signals are disabled in our configuration. If you allow external content, embedded services such as the EET cable guide or a UniFi camera stream may process technical information and use their own cookies or similar storage. Your consent choice is stored locally in your browser for up to 180 days so we do not ask on every visit.
Changing Your Cookie Choice
You can accept, reject, or choose optional categories in the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time by selecting “Cookie settings” in the website footer. Withdrawing analytics consent stops further analytics collection and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies from this website. Third-party cookies already stored by an external provider may also need to be removed through your browser settings or the provider.
No Sale of Personal Data
ELONSH AB does not sell, rent, or trade any personal information to third parties under any circumstances.
